Help me decide! in a marriage and at age of 30, is it better to pursue a dream job or have children?

Be a mom. Its both- a dream job and you get kids. I mean what could be better??
For it is definately harder when you would have all the world to spend much time with mine and now im paying for it if didnt work and do the.
